Ryan’s coaching has enabled me to push through boundaries I’ve subconsciously set for myself. I’ve been able to achieve goals I previously aspired to but thought were out of my reach. For me, it’s been the mental blocks I need to get past as well as the idea-generating but, moreover, the execution – those three are all tied together and if one of them has a hurdle that’s insurmountable it stalls out the rest at some point, too.

I’m a total convert when it comes to coaching and Ryan’s style and demeanour is just right for me – he’s kind but holds you accountable. Ryan is able to read me and tease out what’s happening in order to help me help myself.
